A survey was conducted to see which band was most likely to put people to sleep and the winner was [lastfm]Coldplay[/lastfm], according to monstersandcritics.com.
The survey was carried out by the hotel chain Travelodge. Additional findings from the survey indicated that 84% of people use music to relax before going to bed.
“Results from various sleep studies undertaken with a variety of male and female groups has indicated that listening to soft, relaxing music at bedtimes leads to a number of different benefits to a night’s sleep,” a sleep expert from the Edinburgh Sleep Centre tells the blog.
“These benefits include a longer sleep duration period, fewer night time awakenings and shortening of the time it takes to fall asleep.”
[lastfm]Michael Buble[/lastfm] came in second on the list, with [lastfm]Snow Patrol[/lastfm] taking third place.
