[photogallerylink id=59181 align=left]Chicago cops say this man, Robert Spearing, 44, faked his own beating near the United Center…claiming his “Oprah Tickets” were stolen.  He had promised his wife he would get her tickets…so they traveled from Canada with no tickets…  

Cops say he  cut his own forehead with a rock and scraped his hands on the sidewalk to look like a beating.  He called police  and told him 2 men had stolen his “Oprah Tickets”.  He later confessed it was a hoax…  He ended up in jail, not at the United Center.  Unhappy wife.
