Paul McCartney is reported to re-release his album ‘RAM’, which was the second of his post-Beatles records. May 20 is the set release date of this early ’70s album. ‘RAM’ was “the first to be credited to him and his late wife Linda,” music blogs report. Watch the influential video of McCartney’s “Horrendous Beatles Break-up” explaining the story behind this album, can be checked out here.
McCartney said,” After The Beatles this has got to be important”, I thought ‘Maybe this is the way to go, just have fun with it’.” He thought running to Scotland and playing on the guitar is what would keep this musician strong through the rough time of the break-up.
Fans are looking forward for this release. In this re-released album fans will have the opportunity to buy a box set which will include a variety of memorabilia, including “a 112-page book, photo prints, copies of handwritten lyrics and notes and four CDs as well as a film that tells the making of the album on DVD, Ramming.”
Recently McCartney released a music video for his song ‘My Valentine’, which his very own daughter Stella McCartney helped premire. The video includes Hollywood stars Johnny Depp and Natalie Portman. This video is a track on McCartney’s newest ablum “Kiss on the Bottom,” which can be check out on iTunes and record stores.
