Mayor Rahm Emanuel has named a new alderman to take over for Sandi Jackson in the 7th Ward.  No, it’s not Dave Fogel, it Natashia Holmes, a lady who has worked in the Illinois Department of Transportation.  Surprisingly, Holmes has never worked in politics!  Sandi Jackson stepped down from the job last month.  Since this job didn’t pan out for Dave Fogel, it’s now on to apply for that Pope position that’s open!
