1981 – In Maryland, a man was killed during the attempted robbery of a Rolling Stones ticket office.
1977 – Lynyrd Skynyrd’s Street Survivors album was released. That tragic plane crash occurred in Gillsburg, Mississippi 3 days later. A total of 6 people were killed, including 3 members of the band.
1970 – Eric Clapton’s After Midnight was released.
