What’s The Safest Taxicab Color?

When it’s this cold and windy, I realize you’re not super picky when hailing a cab. If you’re anything like me, the first car with heat works just fine!

That being said, there’s a new study that shows taxi cabs painted yellow are 9% less likely to be involved in accidents than blue ones. Why? It’s not rocket science. They’re simply more visible!

Did you know the first yellow cabs weren’t in New York, but right here in Chicago?

That’s thanks to…yet another study. This one was conducted by the University of Chicago in 1907!
