We’ve found out “The Fate of The Furious” and it’s HUGE!
The film, the first in the series since actor Paul Walker’s death, grabbed $100 million plus at the weekend box office, but that’s not the big story here.
It’s already made over $530 million around the world in it’s opening weekend!
That’s the biggest global opening ever!
Pretty safe to say that we’ll probably see another “Fast and Furious” movie at some point, huh?

But back here in just the US…
The animated film “Boss Baby” was #2, but it wasn’t even close.
In it’s third week of release it grabbed $15 and a half million, a drop off of over 40% from the week before.
“Beauty and The Beast” landed at third with 13.6 million, followed by “Smurfs: The Lost Village” and “Going In Style.”
I guess no other new releases wanted to challenge “The Fate Of The Furious” because the only other new films landed at #20 and beyond on the list, and it’s nothing I’ve ever even heard of anyway!
