The first movie my wife and I ever took our kids to was “Aladdin.”
The kids loved it so much that we ended up buying it on VHS (remember those?) and it played constantly in our house for several years.
Well, fast forward a whole bunch of years to last night and my wife and I were in the audience for “Aladdin: The Musical” at the Cadillac Palace Theater in Chicago!
Wow! What a show!
The choreography is amazing, there’s enough adult humor that they sneak in there and it’s just plain funny!
It also made me miss the late great Robin Williams, who played the Genie in the animated film!
The show runs through September 10th if you want to go see it!
