The rains may be gone, but the problems are far from over along the banks of the Des Plaines River in Lake County.
Even worse, it’s supposed to get worse before it gets better!
Here’s CBS 2’s report from last night:
Since lots of roads are still flooded and sand bags are everywhere trying to stop the water, Lake County is still in a state of emergency.
Before careful if you live in the area or need to drive somewhere around there.
Most upsetting to me is that the golf courses are all flooded! That’s a state of emergency for me!
